Snoring can put stress on relationships and can affect your marriage and sexual life force. Usually people do not hear themselves snore, but snoring can cause disrupted sleep for both the snorer and the snorer's sleeping partner. First step is separate bedrooms to escape the noise, and even separation and divorce. The study found that snoring has reduced sexual activity. It also interrupts breathing properly during sleep, produces development of testosterone, the hormone causing sexual activity and causes blockage of the penile arteries. People with sleep apnea have a higher incidence of high blood pressure, and increased risk of heart attack or stroke, can also decrease sexual force to healthy interest in sexual actives. The problem should be resolve together with you partner, talk to each other; partnership should be strong like love.

Consult your specialist and try:

  1. Don't sleep on your back position. - When you sleep on your back, the uvula and tongue fall towards the back wall of the throat and air passage narrows. When breathing during sleep the soft parts within the middle of the throat begin to vibrate, creating the typical snoring sound.  Some snorers have sewn tennis balls on the back of their pajama tops, this keeps them from comfortably rolling onto their backs and taking the normal snoring position.
  2. Normalize your weight. - Losing weight can greatly reduce or even end snoring and possibly Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).
  3. Avoid alcohol and sleeping pills especially in the evening. - These depress the central nervous system and increase snoring.
  4. Relieve nasal congestion. - Reducing or eliminating snoring.
