Reducing stress, it improves the quantity and quality of oxygen that enters your body. It helps to combat shortness of breath, relax the nervous system and the mind, and improve digestion. It helps to lower blood pressure, massages the heart, and improves a person’s sense of well being. Yoga consist of a variety of movements, postures called (asana), meditation, and breath control techniques that work together to maintain physical, and mental health. Helps become more flexible, and less stressed.
